A little late than never...
My little heavyweight has continued to wow his pedi as well as his Daddy and Mommy with an impressive weight gain. During the last two appointments to see is pediatrician, he has weighed in at 7 lbs 11 oz and then again 2 weeks later at 9 lbs 12 oz! We are so proud of him and couldn't be happier. And neither could Dr. Foster who is none than thrilled with each visit. Mr. Patrick's progress doesn't stop there. He is developing perfectly and is a healthy little boy. Here are his stats from his 2 week and 1 month appointments.

Besides a little mishap on the scale during his last weigh in (hello non existent diaper!), our visits have gone great. Although "we" are not looking forward to his 2 month appointment because it marks the start of the dreaded shots. Mommy did surprise herself however when Patrick had his heel pricked...and she didn't cry. It may or may not have been because Daddy was there and holding the baby!

he's precious! hank had that blue and white striped onesie and i LOVED it on him. i LOVED all 3 of the ones that came in that pack. just something so sweet and tiny about them :-)
oh i hated the heel prick! and yes, the 2 month shots are HORRIBLE...not to scare you, ha! just give him tylenol while you wait on the nurse, before the shots. i made the mistake of not doing that at 4 months and he was so sore and sad for like 2 hours. SO SAD!! we go to that same office :-)
as far as hostess gifts...hmmmm, i went to Write Selection and got big cute desk calendars with their initial on it. they were a little pricey since i had to buy 7, but they liked them. good luck!
